OVERVIEW

The Alignist Pilates Studio is seeking a Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to teach private sessions and small group classes in our boutique studio, with a focus on early morning and weekend sessions. We provide highly personalized Pilates instruction with close attention to each client's abilities, movement needs, and goals. We are looking for a professional, reliable, and thoughtful instructor who values quality instruction and individual attention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Teach private Pilates sessions and small group classes Provide clear instruction, appropriate modifications, and individual corrections Maintain proper technique and safety throughout each session Plan sessions according to each client's abilities and goals Follow the studio's teaching standards, policies, and class structure Prepare and reset equipment before and after sessions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Pilates Instructor Certification is required Reformer training and certification are required Comprehensive Pilates Certification covering Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, and Chair is preferred Current Group Fitness Certification, such as AFAA or an equivalent certification, is preferred Pilates teaching experience is preferred Strong communication skills and a professional approach to working with clients Reliable and consistent availability for agreed teaching hours

ABOUT THE STUDIO

The Alignist Pilates Studio offers highly individualized Pilates instruction in private and small group settings. Our studio is equipped with five Balanced Body Studio Reformers with Towers, a Balanced Body Cadillac and Trapeze Table, and five Balanced Body EXO Chairs.

COMPENSATION

$40.00 to $60.00 per hour. The offered rate will be based on certification, training, teaching experience, and the type of session taught. Initial schedule may focus on early morning and weekend sessions.
