Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor Salisbury, MD | $20-$21/hour |Part-time (20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, flexible schedule) Make fitness fun and meaningful! About MAC MAC, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving the Eastern Shore community. Our mission is to promote healthy aging by supporting wellness, independence, and active lifestyles for adults 50 and older. What You'll Do Lead personal training sessions and group fitness classes (e.g., Senior Fitness, Circuit Training, Yoga). Create safe, effective, and engaging workouts with modifications for different fitness levels. Motivate and support members in achieving their health and wellness goals. Build positive relationships while promoting MAC fitness services. Foster a professional, upbeat, and encouraging environment. Qualifications Must be 18+ with a nationally recognized certification in Personal Training or Group Fitness. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required. Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and training principles. Experience working with older adults preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
