Ivery Health and Wellness Education Center Detroit, MI Job Details Part-time $30 - $40 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications ACE Group Fitness Instructor Certified Group Exercise Instructor Medical care (early childhood general education) Fitness center wellness coaching experience Safety-focused fitness instruction Time & attendance systems Full Job Description HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor. In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe instruction to members participating in the program. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
