About the role HealthFitness is looking for experienced Personal Trainers to join the fitness team at a client site in Detroit, Michigan ! In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients to create customized fitness programs, provide expert coaching, and inspire lasting lifestyle changes. Schedule:
Part-time, up to 25 hours per week Hours based on client appointments
Facility Operating Hours:
Monday through
Friday:
6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday:
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. Minimum Requirements Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. This is a commissioned position. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
