Job Description

We are looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to join our team and lead engaging, effective fitness classes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people move better and a strong knowledge of exercise science and body mechanics. The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading classes, educating clients on proper form and technique, and creating a motivating environment that helps each participant reach their fitness goals. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and dedicated to providing the best possible experience to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead group fitness classes such as strength training, conditioning, and mobility-focused sessions. Provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients of all fitness levels. Educate clients on proper exercise form, technique, and injury prevention. Assess clients' fitness levels and modify exercises to meet individual needs. Maintain class attendance records and document client progress. Maintain a clean and organized studio space. Qualifications Valid Group Fitness Instructor Certification (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science Proficient in exercise programming and class sequencing Experience leading group classes and motivating participants Skilled in modifying exercises for varying fitness levels and injury considerations Excellent customer service and

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
