Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Trainer to join our team and provide exceptional one-on-one fitness coaching to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people reach their health goals and a strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise science. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for conducting fitness sessions, educating clients on the benefits of exercise, and creating individualized training plans to meet the needs of each client. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform personal training sessions tailored to strength, conditioning, and functional movement goals. Provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of exercise and proper training techniques. Assess clients' fitness levels and customize training programs accordingly. Maintain client records and document progress. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Valid Personal Trainer Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA) Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology Proficient in exercise programming and movement assessment Experience in client assessment and injury prevention techniques Skilled in strength training, functional training, and corrective exercise Excellent customer service and client
