Responsibilities Develop customized workout plans tailored to each client's fitness level, goals, and medical considerations. Conduct fitness assessments, including biomechanics and anatomy evaluations, to establish baseline metrics. Deliver motivating coaching sessions. Educate clients on proper body mechanics, nutrition, and exercise techniques to maximize results safely. Maintain detailed records of client progress, program adjustments, and health status updates. Ensure safety protocols are followed by applying first aid and CPR/AED procedures when necessary. Promote fitness services and programs to enhance client engagement and support sales growth. Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in personal training, sports coaching, or physical education Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, and body mechanics relevant to exercise programming. Hands-on experience with program design for diverse populations including weightlifting, heavy lifting, and functional training. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients through effective communication and motivational coaching techniques. Certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) OR a 4-year degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain it Join us in empowering individuals to achieve their best selves!
