JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

Five Oaks on Warson (community center), 1200 N Warson Rd Olivette

MO 63132 SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position that works a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends not to exceed 29 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs
• Provide one-on-one training sessions and open to group fitness classes
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness
• Conduct fitness assessments to track client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Promote fitness services and programs to attract new clients
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Certification in personal training or related field 2. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics 3. Experience in program design and sports coaching 4. Proficiency in fitness sales and gym operations 5. Excellent communication and customer service skills 6. Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals

Racking weights, moving chairs for classes, normally to high lifting up to 70 lbs. Ability to multi-task regarding the daily tasks for this position. Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate. Be able to communicate using a computer and phone/smart device. Must be able to move around the work environment for extended periods of time. Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical situations ability to act swiftly in an emergency.

HOURLY RATE

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 20.0 per week
