Job Description

Better Bodies 4 Us, L.L.C. is looking to hire a certified, fun, energetic, positive, Strength Training Instructor sub as a 1099 Independent Contractor. A one-hour adult, strength training class will be taught in the Uptown Charlotte, NC area, on Tuesdays from 12p to 1p when needed. We will be offering competitive pay for experienced instructors!!!
Required Work Experience:
At least 3 years' experience teaching Strength Type Group Fitness classes
Required Skills:
Ability to design fitness programs that helps your students reach his/her goals Ability to demonstrate proper form and technique for your students Ability to design classes that are one hour in length Must be able to teach your students effectively Must be able to monitor or assess your students' performance in order to provide modifications if needed Must be able to get your students excited about exercising with you weekly Ability to communicate with your students in a way in which they understand Ability to speak clearly so that your students understand you Ability to teach classes virtually
Required Certification:
All applicants must have a current certification in specialty area CPR certification First Aid certification •All instructors' certifications must remain current throughout the duration of contract•Desired Education (not required): Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Physical Education or Health Associates in Fitness area
Miscellaneous:
Instructors will be responsible for his/her own insurance (Commercial General Liability/Professional Liability and Auto Insurance) Instructors must have a background check conducted Instructors will need to submit a 2 to 3-minute video, teaching in their specialty area Instructors are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time
