About the Role We're looking for a Personal Trainer to join O2 Fitness Morrisville and help clients achieve real, lasting results through personalized coaching. This role combines hands-on training with client relationship building in a supportive, results-driven gym environment. What You'll Do Design and deliver individualized training programs based on each client's goals, experience level, and any health considerations Conduct consultations and program design sessions to onboard new clients Track client progress and adjust programming for continued results Build and retain a client base through in-club relationship building and referrals Provide motivating, safe, and effective coaching across a range of client fitness levels What We're Looking For Active personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Prior sales or client acquisition experience a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive commission-based pay structure with clear growth tiers An established client onboarding and sales process Ongoing coaching and mentorship Room to grow into leadership or specialized coaching roles
