Job Description

BFT Lincoln is a fitness studio in Lincoln, NE. We are experts in group strength training programming. BFT is a science backed program that elite athletes use, made accessible for the general population. BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and invest in each member's journey. As a BFT personal trainer, you will train members in a group setting. Leading them through our strength training based group fitness programming. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in with our team and help share the BFT brand, community, and experience to all people, everywhere.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit and satisfy all duties and; responsibilities that exist for a BFT coach
  • Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients
  • Energize and motivate clients throughout class
  • Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
  • Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
  • Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
  • Handle member concerns when applicable
  • Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
  • Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
  • Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
Qualifications:
  • Exhibit and satisfy all requirements that exist for a BFT coach
  • Must have a nationally recognized PT certification.
ACE, NASM, NCSF, ACSM, NCSA, C.S.C.S
preferred 1-2 years coaching experience preferred
  • Experience in gym membership and/or personal training sales
  • Love of group fitness is a must - passion for strength training is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
  • Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy
  • Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
  • Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT
  • Must exude charisma and thrive in a group environment
  • Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
Pay:
$21.00 - $40.00 per hour
