Drip Athletic Club is a high-performance training facility built around privacy and exclusivity. Our gym combines Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman, and CrossFit all under one roof.
Position Overview:
High-End, Full-Service Coaching We have multiple personal training positions open. As we transition toward serving an exclusive clientele with high-end, full-service coaching, we're specifically seeking at least one coach who can operate at this elevated level of service.
Responsibilities will include:
Creating and managing grocery lists tailored to each client Preparing and supplying meals with precise macronutrient targets Designing highly detailed, individualized workout programs Teaching and transferring your knowledge and skills directly to clients other responsibilities for traditional coaching will include.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and develop training programs for clients. Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate records of sessions, client goals, and progress. Keep the training floor clean, organized, and safe at all times. Stay up to date on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent). CPR/AED certification required. Nutrition certification prefered 1+ year of experience preferred (internships or recent graduates considered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and connect with clients of all fitness levels. Passion for fitness, health, and personal growth.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of nutrition fundamentals and habit coaching. Sales or client retention experience. Comfort with fitness tracking software or client management tools.
