Shalit is hiring experienced, certified personal trainers for private, one-on-one training in clients' homes. We provide the clients and work to build trainers a consistent schedule within their geographic area. We are looking for trainers who have real experience working with clients and know how to deliver serious, effective training. Our typical client is a busy adult who may not have exercised consistently in years, but wants to become stronger, healthier, and more active. They are not competitive athletes — but they are also not looking for a light or casual workout .
The right trainer:
Has a current recognized personal-training certification Has real one-on-one personal-training experience Understands strength training, conditioning, progression, and proper exercise technique Knows how to safely challenge clients of different ages and fitness levels Is patient, confident, and a strong communicator Is professional, clean, and well-groomed Is proficient in English Is extremely punctual and dependable Is comfortable working independently inside clients' homes Understands discretion and client confidentiality Has reliable transportation Reliability Is Non-Negotiable Clients schedule their day around these appointments.
