Are you a passionate and energetic fitness professional who loves to inspire and motivate others? We are looking for highly motivated Fitness Instructors to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and effective class experience for our members. This is more than just leading a workout; you'll help build a community, motivate members to reach their goals, and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Lead dynamic and engaging fitness classes, including but not limited to HIIT, strength training, boot camp, and more. Deliver effective class plans that are safe, challenging, and suitable for a variety of fitness levels. Clearly demonstrate and explain exercises, providing modifications and progressions as needed. Provide a high level of personalized attention and encouragement to members during class. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe class environment, including checking equipment before and after use. Arrive on time and be prepared for all scheduled classes. Develop your own new class formats and programming. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continuing education. Handle member questions and concerns professionally and direct them to the appropriate person when necessary. Skills Nationally recognized group fitness certification (e.g., AFAA, ACE, NASM, ACSM). Current CPR/AED certification. At least one year of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to motivate and inspire others. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
