Position Overview We are hiring a Full‑Time Small Group Personal Training Coach —a rare opportunity in the fitness industry. This role is ideal for someone who brings high energy, strong coaching presence, and a genuine passion for helping adults improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. You will coach 4-6 clients per session, deliver individualized modifications, and support members with injuries, limitations, or special considerations. You must be comfortable working with adults of varying abilities and committed to maintaining a safe, positive training environment. Responsibilities Coach small‑group personal training sessions (4-6 clients per hour) with high energy and professionalism Deliver the Alloy training method with confidence and excellence Provide safe, effective exercise progressions and regressions for clients with injuries or limitations Build relationships, encourage consistency, and help members stay accountable Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training space Work independently with confidence and competence during all coaching blocks Arrive on time for every shift and uphold Alloy's standards for punctuality, respect and reliability Support studio culture, community events, and member engagement initiatives Represent Alloy's core values at all times Schedule This is a full‑time coaching role with consistent weekly hours.Training Blocks:

7:00 AM•11:00 AM Requirements Certified Personal Trainer certification or exercise‑related Bachelors Degree Current CPR and AED certification Experience working with adults, including those with injuries or physical limitations High‑energy coaching style and strong communication skills Comfortable leading small groups and building member relationships Must be competent working independently and able to manage sessions confidently without supervision Must be consistently on time and dependable Reliable, professional, and aligned with small‑business values Team‑oriented, coachable, and committed to personal and professional growth MUST be available to train at all three Las Vegas Alloy locations.Preferred Bilingual Spanish & English Compensation Base Pay:
