Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and highly motivated Certified Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep passion for health and fitness, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of helping clients reach their physical goals. In this role, you will conduct fitness assessments, design tailored exercise regimens, and provide one-on-one or small-group coaching in a safe, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Client Assessments:
Conduct initial fitness testing, body composition analysis, and health history screenings to establish baselines.
Program Design:
Create personalized, goal-oriented workout routines spanning strength, cardio, and flexibility training.
Technique Coaching:
Demonstrate proper exercise form, guide clients through workouts, and correct posture to maximize results and minimize injury.
Progress Tracking:
Monitor client performance, log milestones, and adjust programs dynamically as goals are met.
Nutritional Guidance:
Offer basic lifestyle and nutritional advice within the industry scope of practice to complement physical training.
Floor Engagement:
Actively interact with gym members, offer helpful tips, and promote personal training packages to build your client roster.
Safety & Maintenance:
Ensure the fitness floor remains clean, organized, and that all equipment is operated in accordance with safety policies.
