We are a women-focused studio dedicated to creating a space where women feel comfortable, confident, and empowered to move their bodies. Qualifications
  • Mat and/or Reformer Pilates certification preferred
  • Instructors who have completed Pilates training and are actively working toward certification are encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of Pilates fundamentals, alignment, modifications, and safe movement
  • Comfortable leading and cueing group classes
  • Confident, positive, and engaging personality
  • Reliable, professional, and passionate about creating a great client experience
  • Comfortable being filmed and appearing in studio social media content Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging and well-structured 45-minute group Pilates classes
  • Provide clear verbal cueing, modifications, and progressions appropriate for different experience levels
  • Create an energizing and welcoming environment where women feel confident moving their bodies
  • Build connections with clients and help foster the supportive community we value at FOR HER
  • Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
  • During scheduled class times with no bookings, use the time to film Pilates movement and exercise content that may be used across FOR HER Studios' social media platforms Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings more than a workout to the room.
You should be able to create an experience—good energy, intentional movement, encouragement, and a space where clients look forward to coming back. Newer instructors are welcome. If you've completed your training, are building your teaching experience, and are actively working toward certification, we would still love to hear from you. Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 3.0 per week
