Our clients aren't looking for someone to count reps—they're looking for a knowledgeable coach who can educate, motivate, and build lasting relationships. If you're passionate about helping people improve their health through science-based training and want to work in a supportive, drama-free environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Provide exceptional one-on-one personal training sessions. Design individualized exercise programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and limitations. Teach proper exercise technique, movement quality, and injury prevention. Track client progress and adjust programs as clients improve. Build strong relationships through accountability, encouragement, and professionalism. Educate clients on healthy habits that support long-term success. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of personal training experience. National certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and program design. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule. Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding client care. Pay:
