Job Description

Metric Strength is a small strength studio in downtown Granville, Ohio. We train people in about 20 minutes, once or twice a week, using adaptive-resistance machines that measure every rep. One or two clients in the building at a time. No sales floor, no membership desk. We're hiring part-time certified personal trainers and offer highly flexible schedules.
THE ROLE
We're hiring Personal Trainers to coach 20-minute strength sessions. Our machines handle resistance programming and real-time load adjustment automatically. Your job is to coach form, tempo, and breathing, manage session flow, and deliver an exceptional client experience. No cold calls, no floor-walking, no membership quotas.
SCHEDULE
