Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. Your culinary skills, attention to safety standards, and ability to work seamlessly with kitchen staff will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Whether you're slicing, cooking, or plating, your enthusiasm and commitment will help create memorable meals that delight our guests every day. Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food prep tools. Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace. Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area through regular cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while adhering to recipe specifications and safety standards. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or catering environment is highly preferred. Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling, safety management, and recipe adherence. Experience with meal preparation, food safety protocols, and operating kitchen equipment. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members across the kitchen. Schedule Requirements Must have weekend availability Shifts are from 4:00pm

•11:00pm (12:00am on the weekends) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Pay:

$15.00

•$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 26.0

•40.0 per week
