Personal Trainer, Part Time Overview Science Fit is looking for a motivated, client focused Personal Trainer to join our team at our new facility located at 1006 NW 150th St, Edmond, OK 73013. This is a part time position, estimated at 15 to 30 hours per week . Hours will typically be in the afternoons and may vary depending on the client booking schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering thoughtful training experiences, and being part of a growing fitness brand. Science Fit offers a time efficient, low impact, high intensity training model designed around private, 30 minute sessions and direct trainer supervision. This role offers room to grow, contribute, and make a real impact as the new location continues to build momentum. Key Responsibilities Training Philosophy Embrace and promote Science Fit's training philosophy, methods, and culture in every client interaction. Deliver training that reflects Science Fit's researched based approach to safe, efficient, and highly focused strength training. Create a training experience that helps clients feel supported, challenged, and confident. Personalized Client Service Deliver high quality personal training tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and individual needs. Coach clients through private, one on one training sessions with clear instruction, close attention, and a strong focus on safety. Provide thoughtful coaching, consistent encouragement, and a professional experience each session. Client Engagement and Retention Build strong relationships with clients and help create a positive experience that keeps members engaged. Encourage consistency, accountability, and long term commitment to each client's fitness goals. Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and support retention. Operations Support Assist with daily facility operations as needed. Help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming training environment. Support the team with scheduling, client flow, and general facility needs when appropriate. Facility Standards Help keep the facility clean, organized, and client ready at all times. Take pride in maintaining a polished, professional space for clients and team members. Assist with proper care and organization of Science Fit's training equipment, including specialized equipment such as RenEx and MedX. Community Presence Represent Science Fit in the local community in a professional and approachable way. Help build positive awareness of the brand, services, and values. Communicate the value of Science Fit's efficient training model to prospective clients, especially those looking for a practical way to fit fitness into a busy schedule. Performance Goals Work toward goals related to client growth, satisfaction, and retention. Support business growth through strong service, client relationships, and follow through. Help new and existing clients understand the benefits of consistent, supervised training and a structured fitness routine. Minimum Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and encourage clients. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping people reach their goals. Comfort identifying opportunities to improve client engagement and support business growth. Ability to provide attentive, detail oriented coaching in a private training environment. Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of personal training or fitness coaching experience. Experience working with a professional client base. Proven ability to help grow a client base or support membership growth. Experience with strength training, metabolic conditioning, or low impact training methods is a plus.
