If you enjoy helping people improve their strength, mobility, balance, cardiovascular health, and confidence through movement, we'd love to have you join our fitness team. What You'll Do Lead engaging group water exercise classes for participants of varying fitness and mobility levels. Plan and deliver structured workouts with appropriate warm-ups, cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, balance, and cool-downs. Demonstrate proper form and technique while providing modifications and progressions as needed. Safely incorporate aquatic equipment such as buoys, noodles, resistance equipment, and use of the waters properties for resistance exercises. Create an inclusive, positive environment where participants feel motivated, supported, and successful. Monitor participants and prioritize proper mechanics, injury prevention, and pool safety. Arrive prepared with class plans, music, and necessary equipment. Set up, organize, and store equipment before and after each class. Communicate professionally with members and Mountain Park staff. What We're Looking For 1+ years of group aquatic fitness instruction experience preferred. Current aquatic fitness/water exercise certification from a recognized organization, such as Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) or equivalent. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, professional, and energetic. Ability to demonstrate and safely lead water-based exercise movements. Experience working with seniors, beginners, or rehabilitation-focused populations is a plus. Passion for fitness, wellness, movement, and helping others achieve their goals. Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
