Job Description
Water Exercise Instructor - Part-Time Mountain Park HOA is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Water Exercise Instructor to lead safe, engaging, and energizing aquatic fitness classes for our members. If you enjoy helping people improve their strength, mobility, balance, cardiovascular health, and confidence through movement, we'd love to have you join our fitness team. What You'll Do Lead engaging group water exercise classes for participants of varying fitness and mobility levels. Plan and deliver structured workouts with appropriate warm-ups, cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, balance, and cool-downs. Demonstrate proper form and technique while providing modifications and progressions as needed. Safely incorporate aquatic equipment such as buoys, noodles, resistance equipment, and use of the waters properties for resistance exercises. Create an inclusive, positive environment where participants feel motivated, supported, and successful. Monitor participants and prioritize proper mechanics, injury prevention, and pool safety. Arrive prepared with class plans, music, and necessary equipment. Set up, organize, and store equipment before and after each class. Communicate professionally with members and Mountain Park staff.
