Cycle Instructor - Part-Time | Mountain Park HOA You love creating energy in a room, motivating riders to challenge themselves, and helping people discover that they're capable of more than they thought possible. At Mountain Park HOA, we're expanding our fitness team and looking for an enthusiastic Cycle Instructor to lead safe, energetic, engaging, and empowering indoor cycling classes for our members. We're looking for instructors who can connect with riders of all levels, from first-time cyclists learning the basics to experienced riders looking to push their limits. If you're passionate about indoor cycling, love coaching to the beat, and know how to create an inclusive environment where every rider feels successful, we'd love to have you on our team! What You'll Do Design and lead dynamic indoor cycling classes that are safe, challenging, and fun. Create an engaging ride experience through music, rhythm, motivation, and effective coaching. Provide clear instruction on bike setup, riding technique, resistance, cadence, and proper form. Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels and abilities. Coach riders through cardiovascular endurance, strength, intervals, climbs, sprints, and other cycling formats. Maintain a strong focus on rider safety, proper mechanics, and injury prevention. Create an encouraging, community-oriented atmosphere that keeps members coming back. Set up and check equipment before class and leave the cycling studio clean and ready for the next session.
