Join the Thrive Pilates Team Thrive Fit Co is growing our Reformer Pilates team, and we're looking for an exceptional Reformer Pilates Instructor who wants a small, consistent teaching schedule within an established fitness community. This is a great opportunity for an instructor who may already teach elsewhere, has another career, or simply wants to teach a few classes each week in a studio where they can genuinely get to know their clients. We care about excellent movement and thoughtful programming — but we care just as much about the experience you create. The right instructor knows how to coach the room, connect with people, offer thoughtful modifications, and create that special feeling where clients leave thinking: "That was exactly what I needed today." The Role You'll lead engaging Reformer Pilates classes that help our clients build strength, control, mobility, confidence, and a better connection to their bodies. We're looking for someone who can deliver a challenging, intentional class while making clients of different experience levels feel comfortable and successful. You'll provide clear cues, thoughtful progressions and regressions, hands-on coaching when appropriate, and the kind of personal connection that turns a great class into a great experience. Current Teaching Opportunities We're currently looking for an instructor who can consistently teach 1-3 classes per week from the following schedule: Monday OR Wednesday 5:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM 10:00 AM Sunday 9:00 AM 10:00 AM You do not need to be available for every time listed. We're happy to build a small, consistent schedule around the right instructor. You Might Be a Great Fit If You... Truly love teaching Pilates Are warm, welcoming, and comfortable connecting with clients Have a strong understanding of movement, alignment, and safe progressions Can confidently coach different fitness and experience levels within the same class Give clear, intentional cues Know how to challenge someone while still making the class approachable Bring personality and positive energy while keeping the focus on the clients Care about creating an experience, not just delivering exercises Are reliable, professional, prepared, and team-oriented Enjoy getting to know your clients and becoming part of a studio community Qualifications Reformer Pilates training or certification required CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain Previous teaching experience preferred Strong understanding of Pilates principles, movement, and alignment Ability to provide appropriate modifications and progressions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule We're also open to meeting newer instructors with excellent training, presence, and potential.
