Job Summary NAC Personal Trainers are the face of the fitness center. They develop relationships, provide guidance and service to all members and clients. Personal Trainers learn and identify members goals, educate how their expertise will help them, sell personal training services and create unique exercise programs for each individual client based on their needs and likes, helping them create healthy eating and exercise habits. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet each member and guest with an upbeat voice and welcoming smile. Help clients achieve fitness and health goals through motivating and educating them. Provide one-on-one, partner, semi-private fitness instruction to clients. Attend team meetings and other NAC related events Assess, discuss, motivate, and teach clients how to improve their fitness, strength or physique. Prepare for client sessions in advance; write new programs and track progress. Record and monitor health, weight, fitness, and strength and continuously adjust programs to challenge your clients. Gain new qualifications, attend workshops and fitness events, and read the latest research to keep up-to-date with fitness and nutrition information and continuously share this knowledge with clients. Understand and utilize My Zone during workouts and monitor current clients work outs through the coachs page. Stay well informed of all club happenings and be readily available to answer member/client questions or know how to find an answer. Observe and monitor fitness equipment and report and/or remove unsafe equipment. Lead by example and live a healthy and fit lifestyle.
