Lead Group Fitness Coach Titanium Fitness | Palm Harbor, FL Part-Time | Approximately 20-25 Hours/Week$18/hour administrative pay + coaching pay + commissions & performance bonuses Titanium Fitness is looking for a Lead Group Fitness Coach who wants more than a few classes on their schedule. We're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of a growing fitness community, build relationships with members, take ownership of their role, and help us continue creating an exceptional member experience. This is a hybrid position combining group fitness coaching with member engagement, lead nurturing, retention, and studio support. The Role Approximately 15 hours per week will be dedicated to coaching/member-facing responsibilities, with an additional 10 hours per week of administrative and studio responsibilities. As our Lead Group Fitness Coach, you'll be a consistent face within the studio and someone our members know, trust, and look forward to seeing. Coaching Responsibilities Coach engaging, safe and effective small-group fitness classes Primarily coach strength-based formats, with opportunities to coach additional modalities based on experience Provide exercise modifications, progressions and hands-on coaching Encourage members to appropriately challenge themselves and progress over time Learn members' names, goals, limitations and accomplishments Create an energetic, welcoming and inclusive class environment Maintain Titanium Fitness coaching and programming standards Assist with occasional class coverage when needed Help create a consistent member experience across the weekly schedule Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities This is where this position differs from a traditional group fitness instructor role. You'll also help with: New lead follow-up and ongoing lead nurturing Converting prospective members into Titanium members Welcoming and integrating new members into the studio Member check-ins and accountability Identifying members whose attendance has declined and proactively reaching out Supporting member retention initiatives Studio challenges, events and community-building initiatives Basic CRM and member communication Helping maintain an organized, professional and welcoming studio environment Communicating member feedback, equipment needs and operational concerns to ownership Taking initiative when something needs attention rather than waiting to be asked Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys coaching people and being part of a team.

Compensation $18/hour for administrative hours Separate compensation for coached classes Class attendance/performance incentives Commission opportunities for new-member conversions Additional performance bonuses tied to studio KPIs such as member engagement and retention This position offers meaningful earning potential beyond the administrative base rate for someone who actively contributes to the growth and success of the studio. Schedule Approximately 20-25 hours per week, consisting of regular weekly coaching blocks and dedicated administrative hours. Some early mornings, evenings and/or weekends will be required based on the studio schedule.
