Role Overview The Trainer position is responsible for delivering effective, energizing, and creative classes in line with the Pvolve Method. The trainer will be a dynamic, high-energy, and commanding instructor who is ready to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. This position requires teaching experience, a team-player attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding class experiences after completing the Pvolve certification program. Primary Responsibilities Teach a minimum of 3 classes weekly. Successfully complete our paid 100-hour immersive training program to deliver on all components of the Pvolve class experience (note: you are paid for the training) Greet clients before class, assess the needs of class participants, and personalize the class to each member's needs. Ability to provide modifications and challenges to create an all-level class experience. Point of contact post-class, advising clients on frequency, class packages, our program offerings, and any other questions/concerns. Build Pvolve attendance and hit retention and utilization goals. Ensure safety and proper movement execution. Attend trainer meetings as part of ongoing development. Grow brand awareness through events, social media, and other marketing initiatives. Qualifications A dynamic, high-energy personality A love for fitness, health, and wellness 1+ years group fitness experience A deep understanding of anatomy and proper movement execution Comfortable on a mic, leading a fast-paced class with loud music and lots of energy in the room. A high-energy, charismatic teaching style with the ability to coach to various fitness levels. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude where everyone pitches in to grow the bottom line. A growth mindset with the ability to both receive and give feedback, seeking constant growth and development within our feedback culture. Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized. Positive demeanor and team-player attitude Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
