No certification? No problem. If you love movement and love people, we want to talk. We're a reformer Pilates studio in the Columbia area and we're hiring part-time instructors. You don't need a Pilates certification to apply. We'll put you through a professional certification program and offer a scholarship to help cover the cost. What makes this different Most Pilates jobs pay you per class and leave you to figure out the rest — programming your classes, building playlists, managing everything on your own time, often unpaid. That's not how we work. At Studio Pilates, your class programs are pre-choreographed and music is fully automated. TV screens throughout the studio handle demonstrations so you can stay focused on what actually matters — watching your clients, giving corrections, and running a great class. You show up. You teach. You make people's day. We handle the rest. How you'll be paid Hourly rate — not a flat class rate. Every minute you're working, you're paid. Class attendance bonus — the more clients who love your classes, the more you earn Shifts, not single classes — scheduled blocks of classes, not isolated hours Your growth path This isn't a dead end.
