Overview Join our dynamic team as a Certified Yoga and Barre Instructor, where your passion for fitness and wellness will inspire others to achieve their best selves. In this energetic role, you will lead engaging group classes that blend the principles of yoga, barre, and functional movement to promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Your expertise will help create a motivating environment that encourages clients to push their limits while ensuring safety and proper technique. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love for fitness while fostering community and personal growth. Pay is per class. Responsibilities Lead high-energy group fitness classes in yoga and or barre and other related disciplines, demonstrating proper exercise routines and techniques. Design and adapt class programs to accommodate various skill levels and individual needs, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience. Motivate participants through energetic coaching, positive reinforcement, and clear communication to maximize engagement and results. Monitor participants' form and biomechanics during classes to prevent injury and promote correct body mechanics. Maintain a safe environment by practicing manual handling techniques, adhering to health and safety. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, offering personalized advice, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Foster the ideal to embrace potential new classes. Qualifications Certification in yoga instruction (RYT or equivalent) be open to getting Barre certification. Proven experience leading group fitness classes with strong coaching skills in fitness industry settings or health clubs. Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, body mechanics, heavy lifting techniques, and manual handling practices. Demonstrated ability to teach exercise routines safely while motivating diverse groups of clients. Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Physical fitness training experience including cycling or dancing is beneficial for creating versatile class formats.
