Job Description
Position Summary The Fit Club at Boot Ranch is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and service-oriented Certified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a premier private club in the Texas Hill Country, we are committed to delivering an exceptional wellness experience through personalized fitness programming, outstanding customer service, and an atmosphere of professionalism and hospitality. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals while providing an elevated, concierge-style fitness experience for our members and guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a polished professional appearance, and experience working with discerning clientele in a luxury fitness, hospitality, country club, or wellness environment. Essential Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and develop individualized exercise programs based on each member's goals, abilities, and health history. Provide safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one personal training sessions. Demonstrate proper exercise technique while ensuring member safety at all times. Build meaningful relationships with members through exceptional customer service and personalized attention. Maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and program recommendations. Educate members on proper exercise, recovery, mobility, flexibility, and overall healthy lifestyle habits. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness environment. Assist members with equipment orientation and safe machine operation. Support fitness events, wellness seminars, and club programming. Collaborate with the Director of Fitness to develop new programs and enhance member engagement. Uphold the standards, policies, and culture of Boot Ranch while representing the club with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent) Current CPR/AED certification Minimum of 2 years of personal training experience (country club, luxury fitness facility, resort, or private studio preferred) Strong knowledge of strength training, functional movement, corrective exercise, and program design Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events as needed Preferred Qualifications Specialty certifications in areas such as corrective exercise, Pilates, functional training, senior fitness, golf performance, or nutrition coaching Experience working with older adults and active aging populations Experience delivering concierge-level service in a luxury hospitality or private club environment Professional Expectations At Boot Ranch, professionalism extends beyond technical knowledge.
