CORE BODY INSTRUCTOR
Strength-Based Reformer | High-Energy Coaching | $20-$25/hour + Bonus Incentives
CORE BODY
is seeking magnetic, high-energy instructors who know how to command a room, coach with confidence, and create an unforgettable workout experience. We are not a traditional Pilates studio. Our method goes beyond slow, low-intensity movement.
CORE BODY
delivers athletic, strength-based reformer workouts designed to challenge clients physically and mentally. Our classes combine intentional programming, powerful coaching, motivating music, and an energy that keeps people coming back. Pilates certification is welcome and considered a bonus, but it is not required. We are open to standout candidates from across the fitness and coaching industry, including: Group fitness instructors Personal trainers Strength and conditioning coaches Athletic coaches Dance or movement instructors Spin, barre, HIIT, or bootcamp instructors Performers and natural leaders with strong coaching potential What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Bring genuine energy, confidence, and personality into every room Can take command of a class and connect with different personalities Know how to motivate clients while prioritizing safety and form Give clear, concise, and effective verbal cues Can demonstrate movements while continuing to coach the room Are comfortable receiving feedback and committed to improving Are interested in athletic, strength-based reformer training Are dependable, professional, prepared, and team-oriented Want to build a strong community, not simply teach a workout Previous fitness or coaching experience is highly valued. Reformer and Pilates experience will give you an advantage, but we are ultimately hiring for presence, coachability, leadership, and the ability to deliver an exceptional client experience. Selection Process Qualified applicants will be invited by email to attend an instructor interest meeting. If selected, come prepared to lead a 10-minute workout flow for a small group. Your flow does not have to use a reformer, although reformer-based programming is encouraged. We will evaluate your ability to: Take control of the room Explain and demonstrate movements clearly Cue form, transitions, timing, and intensity Maintain energy while observing participants Motivate and connect with the group Deliver a workout that feels intentional, challenging, and uniquely yours We are not expecting perfection. We want to see your presence, preparation, creativity, coaching instincts, and potential to become an outstanding
