About Infinity Personal Training Infinity Personal Training has helped busy adults achieve lasting results for over 15 years. We are not a big-box gym. We are not a "bootcamp." We are not a floor-training environment where coaches chase leads. We are a structured coaching company built around: real accountability intelligent programming long-term client success high coaching standards Our clients are primarily adults 30-60+ who want professional guidance, structure, and measurable results. This is coached training — not random workouts. Who This Role Is For •Infinity pays a base salary + hourly training rate to provide stability for all new hires. This role is for coaches who care deeply about the craft of coaching. You take ownership of client outcomes. You pay attention to details. You build relationships naturally while still holding people accountable. Clients enjoy working with you — but more importantly, they stay consistent and get results because of your coaching. You're the type of coach who: notices movement flaws quickly remembers client limitations and goals values professionalism stays organized under pressure wants feedback so you can improve takes pride in doing things the right way You see coaching as a long-term career — not a temporary job or side hustle. What You'll Do Coach 1-on-1, semi-private, and small group sessions Deliver individualized, progressive programs Build strong long-term client relationships Reassess and track client progress consistently Maintain high coaching standards every session Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Help clients stay accountable and engaged long term
Schedule:
Most of our current openings are for evening positions but we have multiple depending on the location
Mornings:
Mon-Fri 5am•12pm
Evenings:
Mon-Fri 12:30 pm•9pm OR 3pm•9pm Every other
Saturday:
