Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivating Spin Instructor to lead dynamic indoor cycling classes that inspire and challenge participants of all fitness levels. As a key member of our fitness team, you will craft engaging workout routines, demonstrate proper cycling techniques, and foster a motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their personal best. Your passion for fitness and ability to connect with diverse groups will help elevate our members' experience and promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Duties Lead high-energy indoor cycling classes, incorporating various training styles such as endurance, interval, and strength rides Demonstrate correct cycling posture, gear adjustments, and safety procedures to ensure participant safety and optimal performance Design and modify class programs that align with members' fitness goals, incorporating elements of biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics Motivate participants through enthusiastic coaching, positive reinforcement, and clear communication to maximize engagement and results Monitor class participants' form and technique, providing personalized feedback and modifications as needed Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols including
CPR, AED
operation, manual handling, and first aid procedures Skills Proven experience in group fitness instruction with a focus on indoor cycling or spin classes Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics relevant to cycling and physical fitness training Certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), first aid, and relevant fitness industry credentials required Excellent client communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals at all fitness levels Ability to demonstrate exercises effectively and guide participants through practice sessions safely Knowledge of program design tailored for group fitness classes that promote health club standards and customer service excellence Join us as a Spin Instructor where your energy fuels others' journeys toward health! Pay:
$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
