Overview Join our dynamic fitness team as a Reformer Pilates Instructor and inspire clients to achieve their wellness goals through engaging, expertly guided reformer-based workouts. In this role, you will deliver high-quality Pilates instruction that emphasizes proper technique, body mechanics, and personalized coaching. Your energetic approach will motivate participants of all levels to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being while fostering a positive and inclusive fitness environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your passion for movement and health with a diverse community of fitness enthusiasts. Responsibilities Lead safe, effective Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper form and technique. Demonstrate exercise routines clearly, providing hands-on guidance and modifications as needed to accommodate individual needs. Design innovative and balanced Pilates programs. Motivate clients through energetic coaching, fostering a supportive atmosphere that encourages progress and confidence. Maintain safety standards by practicing manual handling techniques, and responding promptly to emergencies with CPR or AED if necessary. Communicate effectively with clients about their fitness goals, progress, and feedback to enhance their experience. Support the promotion of group fitness classes and personal training sessions to expand client engagement and retention. Experience Proven experience teaching Reformer Pilates or other group fitness classes within a health club or fitness environment. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics relevant to Pilates instruction. Certification in Pilates instruction. Background in personal training or group fitness coaching enhances your ability to motivate diverse clients effectively. Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching exercise routines that promote health, mobility, and strength. Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 15.0 per week
