Bluffdale Med Spa is looking for a yoga•MANAGER!•not just an instructor. Someone competent, mature , high energy yoga instructor who would like to discuss and pursue the following options for a yoga or
HOT YOGA
studio: 1.
OPTION 1.
leasing our yoga studio space for their own business in exchange for a small lease payment and a share of the business profits. You would take on all the marketing, management, responsibility, time and challenges of a small business owner, but would take a higher rate of pay and reward for your time and efforts. 2.
OPTION 2
. working for the owner to start up a yoga studio, as a paid manager and instructor. This would mean similar work and hours, but no financials required to start up. The pay in a work situation like this would be more traditional; hourly, salary and or based on performance. Both options would allow great flexibility and freedom to pursue your personal goals and visions for YOUR studio, as you would be managing the business, program and classes the way you dream of. Generous, advanced benefits would be available to a full time manager/ instructor. Benefits would be limited during part-time phase. It would be our goal to have this yoga studio be the top performing studio in the south valley, with compensation in the highest percentile of yoga professionals.
