Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Instructors to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and training in the field of massage therapy. This is an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with aspiring professionals. This is a part-time position contracted for specific course subjects you have experience in Intro to Lymphatic Drainage.
Duties:
  • Conduct classroom and practical instruction in various massage-related subjects
  • Follow prepared sylllabi and lesson plans to facilitate effective learning.
  • Provide lectures, hands-on training, and demonstrations to students.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure curriculum relevancy.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the massage therapy field or related subject matter.
  • Possess a valid Utah massage therapy license (for massage-specific courses).
  • Additional training/certification/experience required for advanced modalities such as Lymphatic Drainage.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy related to massage therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively educate and engage adult learners.
  • Experience in curriculum development is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
