Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Job Description
Kratos Performance is looking to add an experienced Pilates and/or Yoga Instructor to our team! We'll be hiring individually for these positions, but if you're qualified to teach multiple formats you'll take priority in the interview process! Make up to $50 per class!
Yoga:
At Kratos, we offer a variety of Yoga workouts. We like each instructor to be able to teach our various formats.Formats include:
Vinyasa Yoga- Vinyasa Yoga is distinguished by its seamless transitions and movements while coordinating your breath with fluid movement. All levels welcome. Hot Power Flow
- Vinyasa Yoga with some extra balancing poses and opportunities to challenge yourself. Practiced in our studio heated to 102 degrees. The higher temperature allows for deeper stretching and increases the heart rate for a better cardiovascular workout. PowerSculpt (Yoga)
- Power Sculpt combines Yoga with elements of cardio, strength, and core work with movements set to the beat of the music to deliver a lengthening and toning workout.
Pilates Instructor:
High energy is a must! Must be able to demonstrate proficiency, the ability to coach while working out, and coming up with great playlists that match the energy of the workout. Must be comfortable speaking, performing, and motivating a group.Requirements:
- Energetic, motivating, and strong workout leadership skills
- 200 hour Yoga Certification required, or mat or reformer certification for Pilates.
- Previous experience teaching required Instructors are expected to arrive in enough time to prepare for their workouts, greet members and assist them with getting set up prior to the workout, and clean up after the scheduled workout.
