Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Job Title:
Medical Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer in Medical office Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Room patients, get vitals, chart electronic medical record we use eClinicalWorks. Will be trained on doing shockwave, for infrared treatment post-electromagnetic therapy, Must be comfortable working with sexual health and anatomy. Assist the doctor in the room as needed. Helps in basic cleaning assignments at Rehabilitation Medicine Physicians. Attends all mandatory team meetings and training sessions unless pre-approved by management. Stellar communication skills, adhering to HIPAA compliance, providing coaching and empathy to our patients.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current nationally accredited personal training certificate and additional certifications required Current CPR and AED certificate Continuous education
