Job Description

Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $18.74. The current full hourly range for this position is $18.74 - $22.14. This position is key to fostering a thriving athletic experience and supporting the development of our community's athletes! As a Site Monitor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our many athletic facilities and programs around Tacoma. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing facilities, supervising activities, and ensuring compliance with the rules and policies of programs. You'll work under the guidance of the program coordinator to provide on-site indoor and outdoor opportunities throughout the year. In this role, you will be representing sports programs throughout Tacoma. You will be involved in the world of sports and get to learn those in our community!

Position Information Implement, lead and/or oversee programming and activities in an assigned program area In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to: Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
