Schedule:

Wednesday, 9/2 to Friday, 9/4 Shift hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Accurately checking and verifying IV and TPN orders to ensure patient safety and compliance Collaborating with clinical teams to support infusion therapy services Utilizing the CareTend system effectively for medication management Maintaining adherence to pharmacy regulations and standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current and active AL pharmacist license in good standing Prior experience in infusion pharmacy preferred, though inpatient pharmacists experienced in IV/TPN verification are also encouraged to apply IV certification is required Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety This contract opportunity is ideal for pharmacists seeking short-term assignment flexibility with a focus on IV therapy and home infusion.
