Full Job Description Compounding Pharmacist Location:
Gilbert, AZ Overview Join our client , a leading health and wellness platform with 2.4 million customers and millions of clinical encounters supporting personalized care. Work with a client focused on state-of-the-art compounding pharmacies , innovative treatments, and 24/7 customer support . The client is hiring a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise pharmacy technicians, oversee compounding activities, ensure medication quality and safety, and support pharmacy compliance.Shifts:
6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental & vision benefits Relocation assistance may be available for those residing more than 50 miles from the facility Qualifications Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy Active Arizona Pharmacist License 2+ years of pharmacist experience Non-sterile compounding experience Knowledge of USP , , and pharmacy regulations Strong math skills Ability to undergo respirator fit testing Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems Multi-state licensure preferred Key Responsibilities Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel Perform and document compounding and quality checks Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters Apply today to be considered for this Compounding Pharmacist opportunity with the client.Benefits:
