Role:

Project New Generation LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist In Charge to lead our pharmacy operations in Glendale, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic pharmacy environment where your leadership and clinical expertise will make a real difference. Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently Maintain proper inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and managing drug supplies Ensure adherence to HIPAA, DEA, and Arizona State Board of Pharmacy requirements Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and drug interactions Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and pharmacy policies and procedures

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree Previous experience as a Pharmacist In Charge or pharmacy management role preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with pharmacy management software and dispensing systems Ability to provide exceptional patient-centered care and customer service
