Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily tasks and workflow Participate in pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosage adjustments as needed Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy Utilize Meditech and Pyxis systems for medication management and documentation

Qualifications:

Valid Arizona Pharmacist license is required Prior experience working in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy setting Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices and pharmacokinetics Ability to manage and supervise pharmacy staff effectively Familiarity with Meditech and Pyxis systems preferred
