Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate and proficient perioperative care before, during, and after surgical procedures Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgeries utilizing best-practice standards Maintain a sterile field and monitor patient safety throughout procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate optimum patient outcomes Document interventions and responses accurately in electronic medical records Assist with preparation and turnover of operating rooms between cases
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills Prior travel nursing experience preferred, but not required
