Based in Arizona, the pharmacy operates from a modern 10,000 sq. ft. facility located just minutes from the airport, supporting efficient distribution across the country. The team specializes in customized formulations for skincare, hair loss, weight management, anti-aging, and men's health, designed to align with telemedicine providers' needs. Foothills Professional Pharmacy is dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care, and reliable fulfillment solutions for healthcare partners nationwide. Role Description This full-time Pharmacist role is an on-site position located in Tempe. The Pharmacist will oversee the safe and accurate preparation, verification, and dispensing of compounded medications in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal quality standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, performing clinical checks for safety and efficacy, counseling providers as needed, and collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation, supporting telemedicine fulfillment processes, monitoring inventory and controlled substances, and participating in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Qualifications Job is onsite only, Tempe Arizona Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Arizona; eligibility for additional state licenses is a plus. Experience or strong interest in non-sterile compounding pharmacy practices, with knowledge of USP standards and non-sterile compounding procedures. Clinical pharmacy skills, including prescription verification, drug interaction screening, dosage adjustment, and evidence-based therapeutic decision-making. Familiarity with telemedicine workflows, electronic prescribing systems, and pharmacy management software. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and commitment to regulatory compliance and patient safety. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with providers, pharmacy technicians, and other team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards. Prior experience in dermatology, men's health, weight management, or related therapeutic areas is beneficial.
