RESPONSIBILITIES

Outpatient Pharmacist Clinical Consultation:
Interviews patients regarding allergies and drug use while providing education on proper administration and precautions.
Prescription Management:
Reviews, interprets, and verifies prescription orders for accuracy before inputting them into the pharmacy system.
Dispensing & Compounding:
Safely prepares, stores, and distributes pharmaceuticals, including sterile products and antineoplastics, following legal standards.
Therapeutic Oversight:
Collaborates with medical staff to resolve drug therapy issues, suggest alternatives, and ensure cost-effective prescribing
Operational Compliance:
Maintains a clean, safe work environment and adheres to all organizational policies, legal regulations, and labor partnerships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
| Outpatient Pharmacist Degree in Pharmacy meeting the minimum education requirements for licensure 1+ years of Pharmacist experience Experience in a high-volume pharmacy preferred Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting of material up to 30 pounds. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
