Immediate Key Responsibilities:

Perform order verification with precision to ensure accurate medication dispensing Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow and compliance Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Provide pharmacokinetics consultation when indicated, tailoring drug therapy based on patient-specific factors Utilize IT systems including Cerner and Omnicell to streamline pharmacy operations

Desired Qualifications:

Active California pharmacist license Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience Proficient with Cerner and Omnicell pharmacy systems is highly preferred Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with healthcare team members Ability to work independently during night shifts with sound clinical judgment This role is ideal for licensed pharmacists ready to contribute their clinical expertise in a dynamic hospital environment while working a consistent night schedule.
