Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy operations at a prominent medical center in Sylmar, CA. This contract role is ideal for a pharmacist with experience in clinical pharmacy within hospital settings.

Sylmar, California Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispense medications according to hospital protocols. Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy. Monitor patient outcomes and provide clinical pharmacy services. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Licensed Pharmacist with experience in clinical pharmacy. Background working in hospital pharmacy environments. Strong knowledge of drug therapies, hospital protocols, and patient safety. Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. This contract position offers the chance to contribute to patient care within a respected healthcare facility operated by the LA County Department of Health.
