Job Description
Asereth Medical Services is looking for Inpatient Pharmacists to join our team. Per Diem position Work your availability Minimum 2-3 days a week - 8 hour shifts Varied shifts - Days, evenings, some weekends IV admixture and sterile product compounding experience required Inpatient pharmacy experience required. Knowledge of age specific and diseases specific pharmacokinetic calculations Collaborate with Physician, Nurses, and other healthcare providers Work to create an enhanced patient safety Contribute to a seamless transitions of care
